WESTFIELD VEHICLE SOLUTIONS We are a small family run business located in Darlington County Durham. We specialise in supplying quality used VW and Audi vehicles together with selected other Marques. The owner James has a passion for all things VW both classic and present day. We don’t employ any sharp suited sales staff with a permanent sun tan. So you won’t find them hiding behind parked cars ready to pounce as soon as you arrive. All our vehicles are handpicked to ensure the greatest degree of quality. They are all HPI clear and receive a full inspection by qualified mechanics before being offered for sale. They are serviced if required and valeted/prepared to the highest standards. We don’t rely on third party buyers to source stock nor do we have to simply fill an empty space on a forecourt so we can be selective when it comes to purchasing stock. We operate a simple stock policy; as VW/Audi enthusiasts we ask ourselves ‘would I buy this car?’ If the answer is ‘No’ then we don’t stock it, Full Stop. You won’t find a forecourt with ‘tacky flags’, ‘toys for the kids’ and ‘special offers’. What you will find is honest advice and the ability to view a car indoors with absolutely no sales pitch or hard sell..oh and the odd cup of coffee and chat about Volkswagens! We use a highly respected local garage for all our servicing and MOT requirements. This is so we can’t be accused of ‘turning a blind eye’ to faults. The garage has an outstanding reputation for quality and honesty and all work is fully invoiced to compliment the vehicles service history. We are realistic in our stock pricing taking into account servicing work carried out and the standard of our vehicles. If your first question is ‘How much will you take for cash?’ Rather than: ‘How many owners has it had, has it got full service history and is it hpi clear etc etc?’ Then you probably won’t want to buy from us. There are plenty of dealers happy to take your money and sell you a car at a knockdown price ‘sold as seen’ which has never seen a spanner for a few years! As we don’t over inflate our prices we are unable to offer miracle discounts of £500 to close the sale! Are consumers really still that naive?? I don’t think so!! We are happy to take your car in part exchange and will offer you a sensible and realistic price for it. We are not however able to offer the ‘£1000 minimum part exchange’ and associated sales gimmicks as we don’t inflate our prices to do this. We don’t offer a finance facility basically because we feel you can get a better deal via the internet by spending 10 minutes on Google! Our cars sell themselves and don’t need to be wrapped up in an attractive looking finance package to sell. (That you later regret signing!!) We offer a range of comprehensive warranty packages which can be tailored to suit your needs and provide a level of cover you require. We use a reputable national company who underwrite policies for most of the franchised dealers throughout the country. In summary if you want to buy a quality used car that has been inspected & prepared to the highest standards then give us a call.
